The GTAA Area 6B Parking Facility is a six level parking structure which will provide over 8,100 parking spaces. The total building area is 259,594 square metres which includes 5 suspended levels in precast, two additional levels to an existing pedestrian lobby tower and a five level suspended cast-in-place concrete structure central to the parking garage. This structure consists of an open air well which is on central axis with the tower and provides natural ventilation and orients pedestrians to and from their parked cars.

This project is scheduled for completion September 30, 2009.
